You could be a leader wanting to taker a sabbatical and attempt something different, you can be a youth wanting to explore the sector without commitment, you can be a professional wanting to do a project in the social sector to learn and understand as you weigh your career choices, you are in the ‘back to land’ space, but, not sure if you have got all the facts together – we have nurtured such journeys for decades.
