As the world grapples with climate uncertainty, social fragmentation, and economic volatility, resilience has emerged as a defining challenge of our times. Yet much of contemporary management education remains disconnected from the rich knowledge traditions that have enabled Indian communities and institutions to endure across generations.
Indian Management Knowledge (IMK) seeks to bridge this gap. The programme explores indigenous management practices, organizational wisdom, and community-based approaches that have long existed in India but remain largely absent from mainstream academic discourse. It invites participants to rediscover, document, and reimagine these traditions as valuable resources for building resilient organizations and economies in the twenty-first century.
